The Perfect Cleanse
General Outline
1. Hydrate well:
-12-16 ounces of water about 5-8 times a day. Before and after meals. *not during.
-Green or ginger teas recommended.
-NO Coffee
2. Use Garden of Life supplements:
-Living Multi Vitamin: 1-3 tablets at each meal
-FucoTHIN: 1-3 tablets at each meal.
-Krill Oil or Cod Liver Oil: 1 Tablespoon each day.
3. 10 day Perfect Cleanse:
-Purify: take 3 capsules ½ hour before dinner
-Capture: Mix 1 scoop w/ 8 ounces of water ½ hour after dinner.
-Remove: Take 3 capsules at bedtime.
4. Light Exercise
-Take it easy while you exercise since you’re body will be working on cleansing your system.
-Short spurts of exercise is better than long durations of activity.
5. Relieve Stress
-Be aware of your stress and rate it on a scale of 1-10.

At all stages of life, there are many things we can do to maximize our vitality. By making small and deliberate changes in our daily routines, and considering our relationships, to setting larger goals such as preparing to run in a race, we can increase our energy, physical performance, mental acuity and overall well being. I’m a certified Metabolic Typing Advisor. Metabolic typing has given me a great deal to talk about with my family, friends, co-workers, and clients.
Who doesn't want to know what foods there body thrives on for optimum health? With out any further questions, I must see to it that every person wanting to live a healthier life must read the book or become metabolically typed.
"Any food or nutrient can have virtually opposite biochemical influences in different people." So a low fat low carbohydrate diet can affect people differently. Carbohydrate loading may be just fine for some athletes but for others it may reduce peak performance. This is why commercial diets don't work for most people because there bodies don't recognize the food ratios as sufficient fuel to really lose weight, feel energized and stop food cravings.
