Check this out - Protein Ice Cream I was reading a magazine and I came across a healthier ice cream with only 2.5 grams of fat and 16 grams of protein.  This is very interesting.  It is definitely a neat idea.  Now I just need to see how it taste.  I will try this out when I get off my diet.  It just came out in 2007.  If anyone else tries this out before me please let me know what you think.  I won't be able to try it until July due to my competitions in June.
