Fitness Journal Day 21

Fitness Journal Day 21 I have actually planned a daily routine that just might workout. I was only -10 outside today so that was good for my lunch routine. I will be doing yoga every morning. I will be training at lunch everyday (as long as its not too cold outside) to get my body used to running 20 minutes as well as walking because I do have an hour lunch. And I will try and do strength training at night every second weekday for now and see how that works out and I am in the process of buying some mats for my basement because my husband wants to start training me in Juditsu. So we will see how that works out and hopefully I can start soon. My husband told me he is not going to go easy on me either he said he will train me just like he did when he first started so hopefully I can handle it and catch on to it.

Morning

Yoga - 30 minute core workout

Lunch

5 min walking warmup

1 min running x 1 min walking, 10 times = 20 min

5 min walking cool down

Total: 30 mintues

Night

20 minute walk before I got home from work

Decided I will do strength training on Tuesday
