Day 42 - Tuesday, Feb 12, 2008 (temp -20)
It was very cold and I didn't have much motivation today but its supposed to be looking up by the end of this week I really hope thats true. Its really hard getting motivated with all this snow everywhere.
Day 43 - Wednesday, Feb 13, (Temp -17)
I tried to go for a run today but the wind was ice cold I did 3 sets of 2 min running followed by 1 min walking and when I turned around to go back and finish the wind was crazy cold...I walked the rest of the way.

Day 44 - Thursday, Feb 14, 2007 (Temp -3)
Wow its was so nice today, I went for my run training at lunch today no problem! It felt good to have warm weather. I can't wait until we have even more daylight thats one of the things I hate about winter to is there not much day light. Dark when I get to work and dark when I leave to go home...but its getting there its now a tad bit lighter in the morning when I get to work and when I leave. i can't wait until its light until 10:30 at night. Oh Yeah happy valentines everyone!

Day 45 - Friday, Feb 15, 2008 (+1 yipee)
We had a staff lunch at work today pizza and wings I ate it but had plans to work it off in this nice weather...I walked right after and I even walked home today oooo it was gorgeous today I loved every minute of it

Walked home from work - 1 hour and 10 min
Very rewarding Day--------Oh and I almost forgot..........I lost 3 lbs yah for me!
