Day 79 - Thr, Mar 20, 2008
I went to work today but I couldn't workout at lunch because someone had their last day and I had a two hour lunch and I had to hurry home after so no walk home either because my mom picked me up to go to my home town for easter long weekend and we left right away and by the time we got there it was too late for a run or walk.
Day 80 - Fri, Mar 21, 2008
I got up at 8am and trained for running with 1 minute walk breaks it felt so good....20 minutes

Day 69 to Day 75 Mon, Mar 10 to Sun, Mar 16, 2008
I had influenza and was sick in bed for a whole week it was horrible, I had a fever and achy body and a head sinus cold. I lived on my couch for a week. It was not good. I have never stayed home sick for that long before.
Day 76 - Mon, Mar 17, 2008 (I wanted to take a couple more days rest and recover so I only walked an hour on this Monday and tomorrow (Tues) and I am going to get back on track starting on Wednesday)

Fitness Journal Day 62 through to Day 68

Well this week I was really busy at work and did no exercise at lunch because I worked overtime everyday. I was also busy at home and didn't have much time to exercise so I only walked home from work everyday for 1 hour so at least I did something.

I went for a day trip to my home town St. Paul, Alberta with my daughter Rena and my sister and her daugher Leah, my cousin and Angie and her daughter Oceana, my cousin Jennifer and her daughter Brianna and my Mom because my Grandma is not too well these days so we wanted to visit her.

Just a quick note to let everyone know I am sick and hopefully I will be better soon and I will update my blog which I haven't done since last week I think? I have a fever, aching body and since cold. It really sucks. See you all later!

Family Tattoo

So my sister's birthday recently passed and she wants a family tattoo for her birthday and surprisingly enough my parents agreed which is weird because my dad doesn't like that sort of thing. It will be my first tattoo and I am actually kind of excited about it. We have the basic design in mind that we want now we are going to go for a consultation Saturday night. We are thinking of having all our Zodiac signs in a circle connected somehow (not sure by what yet) and then in the middle each of us are going to have a symbol that we think represents who we are or what we are trying to accomplish in life so that it will be similar to eachother but unique to us at the same time. I was thinking of having my symbol in the middle to be a symbol for inner peace because I am always thriving on achiving that in my personal life its what drives me to try and be healthy and fit because it gives me that feeling of peace and happiness. I will show you guys once its done.

Fitness Journal Day 60 and 61

Day 60 - Sat, Mar 1, 2008 (temp +2) chilly strong wind
Well today me and my son had a good walk we went to the bank and the mall and the park. He had a good time.
Walking - 2 hours and 5 min
I went out for my sisters birthday to Empire a club at West Edmonton Mall it was my first time going there and I am so glad we had VIP to get in because that place is huge and there was so many people. We were there for a couple hours and danced the whole time. They had some pretty good entertainment drummers and girls hanging on rings from the ceiling and fire acts its was interesting thats for sure.

I did alot of running around today me and my husband were driving all over the city picking up the kids and grocery shopping and all that good stuff. We watched movies with the kids and had an early night.
