Well it hit -47 and there was no way I was running in this weather in fact I didn't do any exercise I was so miserable that it was cold that I dreaded even waking up to go outside and wished I could sleep at work once I was there and it was so cold that when I got home from work I just ate dinner and put on my fleese pajamas and slippers and cuddled on the couch watching TV until I finally fell asleep and my husband had to wake me up to go sleep in our bed...winter winter go away...lol ... read more
