Well its been 31 days since I made my commitment to fitness all year round instead of excluding winter like I always do. Its been hard because I am always lazy in winter but I am proud that I have aleast done something this winter and I garantee you that next winter while be so much better. I only started a regular routine since Day 21 before that I was just walking between 30 and 75 min each day. I still have to use force motivation on myself to do my routines but I always feel great afterward which is the best part and seeing results is good too...lol. But I know I will get used to it and once I start seeing results that will be even better. I was thinking about if I had any specific goals this year and what should be the most important to work on. I came up with my thighs which in the past years has been the hardest to lose since I had my son I did lose six inches off my thighs but it wasn't quite good enough. I figured I would lose them last spring, summer and fall with the fact that I biked almost everyday (I didn't bike on rainy days) to work and back for 30 weeks until it was too cold to bike and it didn't work because biking is not good for losing thigh fat (but my calves looked great!) which is why I am so pumped for this year because if I walk to work which will be between at least 2 hours a day I know walking for sure will help lose my thighs. Anyway I am talking too much today........

2 x 12 Stationary Lunges (steps each leg with 7lbs weights) did I mention I don't really like stationary lunges..ugg!
