Fitness Journal Day 25 Tempurature was -16 degrees today. My run was pretty good but I am impatiently waiting for spring to come I am so sick of winter...lol. Its supposed to super cold next week for the whole week -20 -25 degrees and if its windy even colder than that...eeee I don't know what I will do about running but I will try. Also starting Sunday I am going to up my running every week. I would have done it by now but I wanted at least a over a week practice at 1x1 first.

Morning

Walking - 20 min

Afternoon

5 min warmup
1 x 1 run/walk - 10 times = 20 min
5 min cool down
Stretched

Evening

Walking - 20 min

Fitness Journal Day 23

Fitness Journal Day 23 Well it was a chilly day, it was -15 degrees. I didn't wake up early enough to do Yoga so I did it before I went to bed which ended up being a good thing. I had a good sleep thats for sure. My run was hard today because my legs were pretty sore but I stuck through and did what I had to do. Once I stretched and ate my lunch I felt really good.

Morning

20 min - walk

Afternoon

5 min warmup
1 min running x 1 min walking - 10 times = 20 min
5 min cool down

Evening

40 min - walk
Yoga - 30 min core workout

Fitness Journal Day 22

Fitness Journal Day 22 Today my daughter was sick and I had to stay home with her. So I kept myself busy today. I did laundry and cleaned my house which actually good exercise because after walking up and down from my basement to the second floor like 10 times I could feel it. I went grocery shopping, tanning and of course I exercised. A very productive day...lol.

Morning

Yoga - 30 min core workout

Afternoon

5 min warmup
1 min running x 1 min walking 10 times = 20 minutes
5 min cool down

Evening

2 x 12 pushups
2 x 12 Stationary lunges (each leg with 7 lb weights)
2 x 12 Dips
2 x 12 Wall Squats (with exercise ball)
2 x 12 Bicep Curls (each arm with 7 lb weights)
2 x 12 Standing Calf Raises
2 x 12 Crunches

Then I stretched for 10 minutes
