LoiacanoA This is what I was told, "If you do them with correct form they are actually good for your back and will strengthen your lower back, that being said many people don't use correct form and too heavy weight and hurt their lower back."

LoiacanoA I have no info about whether or not barbell SLDL are bad for the lower back. Obviously they work the lower back a little when doing them but, I have had no problems...I'll have to find out the answer to this.

ryan Someone told me barbell stiff dead leg lifts are bad for your lower back... I noticed you do them, do you have any info about this?
