Fitness for young and old

Fitness is not just for young studs and slim gorgeous chicks. I suggest making it a lifestye until you can't literally move. As an example my mother is 80 years old and walks 5 to 10 miles every day and does not take one pill. I've been working out with weights, biking a century (100 miles), racquetball, tennis, hiking, skiing and many other fun exercises for over 30 years and consider it a blessing. Enjoy !!!!!!
