DON'T PROCRASTINATE !!

DON'T  PROCRASTINATE  !! Yes, I know you have heard it before "don't procrastinate, don't put off doing something (dieting, running, swimming, lifting weights, aeobics, etc.) until tomorrow".

Unfortunately, mankind by his nature is a procastinator and a creature of habits. It's easy to get comfortable with a certain lifestyle and not want to go thru the work or disruptive life changes needed.

So, DON'T  PROCRASTINATE !!  Take charge today !!  Live in the present. Make the most of your life while you've got the chance. Now is the "First day of the rest of your life".  Take risks. Don't say, " I will do it tomorrow" - do it NOW.

YES, you can apply wisdom in your eating habits. YES, you can balance your workouts with meaningful lifestyle pursuits. YES, it takes work and FOCUS !!  YES, YOU CAN DO IT  !!

n8ball I think people procrastinate because they don't know what they're missing out on. If they could see farther into the future, see the benefits first hand, how their life could be before it happens, they could accomplish anything. When I visualize life, it always seems to work out even better than I thought. However, the journey can be just as amazing, so don't forget that either. Good post. :)
