Too busy to exercise. I " suggest " you can fine 20 minutes time to .......
Take a power walk outside. Use a stairclimber or the actual stairs. Ride a stationary bike. Walk and/or run on a treadmill. Do 50 plus pushups. Do 2 sets of 25 plus ab crunches. Run up and down your own home stairs. Feel free to add your "favorite".
Remember - 20 minute workouts 3 times a weeks is a great way to shed some unwanted body fat.
I know too many people who have "given up' on exercise. It's not too late for anyone, it's just making it part of our lifestyle "now".

Research Credits Healing Power of Exercise in War Against Cancer !!

The standard weapons in the fight against cancer - surgery, chemo and radiation - may soon be joined by something far simpler: exercise.
New research shows that regular physical activity helps reduce the risk of recurrence of breast cancer and slows the advance of prostate cancer.
Experts say exercise will become a "targeted therapy, similar to chemo or hormonal therapy. Any regular physical activity - the equivalent of a 30 minute walk, five times a week will do. Personal trainers may join oncologists, surgeons and radiologists as members of the cancer treatment team.
Exercise offers many advantages in fighting fatigue caused by cancer treatment, calms anxiety and helps survivors feel better about themselves and their bodies. Some personal trainers now specialize in working with cancer patients and more will soon be certified through a program of the American College of Sports Medicine.

Or giving AFFIRMATION ? Affirmation is an approval, confirmation, compliment or a positive declaration. We all need to receive from the special people in our lives positive feedback. However; we also need to give affirmation to our special people, friends, etc. It does not matter if you see yourself as intelligent, beautiful, successful, healthy or whatever, we all need to hear positive comments from others for our self esteem and self image. Human nature.
So I challenge you to look for opportunities to give someone AFFIRMATION !!
