         <title><![CDATA[Frozen and canned fruit and veggie]]></title>

Since they stay around for long time their taste is absolutely awful.. kinda like pieces of plastic.<br />I have gotten used to frozen and canned vegetables and fruit (canned: i personally only eat unsweetened pineapple).<br /><br />However i'm puzzled about their nutritional values. ...]]></description>
