Sprints & Swings Are Conditioning Kings

Tonight's workout with my crew was held at the track, where we did the following:
100m jog, 50m sprint, 50m walk, 2 times = 1 400m lap
Then 30 seconds of Alternating KB Swings with 15-25 pounds
Rest for 30s to a minute, then repeat.
Approximately each round, around the track plus swings & rest, was 4-4:30 in time. So, we went 4 times through this circuit & got in a good little workout after just 18 minutes of exercise time.
I love the efficiency of sprints & swings, and combining the two at the track on a nice summer night is just the ticket...
