I'll do my best to log my training so you all can see whats going on with me. heres my last few workouts February 2, 2008 Close grip bench press warmups not listed 315X1 345X1 385X1 405X3 PR :D 370X3 paused for 1.5 count tris were fried after this, so I though some more tri work was in order, lol 3board press, normal bench grip 405X3 425X3 455X3 had a tiny spot on the last rep first 2 were real solid Military press from pins about forehead level 135X8 185X8 205X8 Feb 4, 2008 Dbell Curls 50X6 55'sX2X6 Paused box squats about an inch below parallel 405X1 455X1 500X3 These felt much better than the 455 did. Rack Pulls from about an inch above knee cap. 405X1 495X1 545X3 short and sweet today was supposed to be upper DE/speed work, but I wasn't feelin it. So I turned it into more of a RE day which still works Flat Bench barX10 95X8 135X8 185X3 225X3 275X1 315X1 365X1 315X15 all that felt heavier than it should have and shoulders are achy a bit Flat Dumbell fly's 40'sX2X15 Dbell Skulls 20's for 50 reps straight then rested for 5 deep breaths and did 30 more straight then 5 more deep breaths and finished with another 20 straight giving me 100 reps Dbell lateral raise 15's for 30 then 4 deep breaths and got 20 more. as you can see i went for the HUUUUGGEEEE PUUUUMP!!!!!!!!! lol I feel a deaload coming next week........
