20's for 50 reps straight then rested for 5 deep breaths and did 30 more straight then 5 more deep breaths and finished with another 20 straight giving me 100 reps
Dbell lateral raise
15's for 30 then 4 deep breaths and got 20 more.
as you can see i went for the HUUUUGGEEEE PUUUUMP!!!!!!!!! lol
I feel a deaload coming next week........
