smaller meals, eat slower

space out meals and snacks throughout the day

Eat these 7 foods: Avocado, flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, citrus fruits, watermelon (natural diuretic )

drink Water, 64 ounces a day.

Yogurt and pro-biotics aid digestions.

avoid: air/carbonation, soda,& high sodium foods which make you retain water
