Back in the Game... Feeling the Leg Pain

I've been MIA with the Fitness Blogging for a while - and the lack of time to do stuff hurt my gym attendance as well... I have a slight excuse though - Troy and I have been working hard toward re-designing the site (with no budget to hire outsiders - sucks).
But finally, I am back in the gym (and on a side note, the new layout is going to look sick once we're done). I decided to hit the gym yesterday and did all leg exercises. I usually avoid legs for a few months until the rest of my body is back in shape, but I decided to do things differently this time.
In my off-time, I put on a little chub - not much, but still, it needs to be dealt with - and I've decided to attack the bulge by working my biggest muscles. The bigger the muscle, the more calories needed to maintain that muscle.
Feels good to be back in the gym. Only downside is I'll be walking like I have a broom up my @#% for the next few days.
